Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Assistant Construction Project Manager working onsite in Morehead, Kentucky, who would be supporting the Senior Project Manager by overseeing daily operations focused on safety, quality, and production between 3 worksites. Each morning begins with coordination meetings and safety briefings, followed by site walks to ensure employees are using proper PPE and adhering to safety protocols. Throughout the day, they will inspect work zones for quality assurance, tracks progress against production goals, and documents in Procore. Along with the onsite duties, they would be tasked in helping manage budgets, order materials, and coordinate deliveries to keep the project on schedule. Office tasks include updating daily logs, RFIs, and submittals in Procore, while afternoon site visits confirm corrective actions and support crew leads with field issues. The day ends with a review of progress and planning for the next day, ensuring all documentation and communication are up to date.

Skills and Requirements
1-5 years of experience as an Assistant PM OR Construction PM in an industrial construction spaceLooking for someone who is comfortable to delegate responsibilities on their own and can work independently when management isn't onsite
Proficiency in expediting responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Strong background in Project Management, with the ability to assist in coordinating project activities and achieving deadlines
Knowledge of industry standard safety practices.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Experience in construction or contracting industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred Experience with interior finish work
Interior/exterior metal stud framing, drywall, ceilings
Operational background (planning/scheduling, order management, etc.)
Experience working in Procore (construction management platform)
