A premier national construction and labor litigation firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Construction Litigation Attorney (5–10 years) with contractor-side experience. From high-speed rail to landmark skyscrapers, you’ll work on disputes that shape skylines and infrastructure coast to coast.

The Work You’ll Do

• Manage smaller litigation matters independently — from discovery through motions and resolution.
• Collaborate with seasoned trial teams on complex, multi-party disputes.
• Handle claims involving liens, stop notices, bonds, payments, delays, and complex contracts.
• Represent general contractor clients in California litigation, arbitration, mediation, and select federal matters.
• Draft pleadings, prepare for depositions, argue motions, and serve as 2nd or 3rd chair in trial when necessary.

What They’re Looking For

• Licensed attorney in California (good standing).
• 5–10 years’ construction litigation experience (contractor-side).
• Strong legal research and writing skills — heavy motion practice background preferred.
• Experience with contract disputes, lien litigation, delay claims, and surety matters.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 DOE
• Annual discretionary bonus
