The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians, ensuring that every repair order is handled efficiently, accurately, and with care. Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply! The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is highly valued, as we proudly serve a diverse customer base in the Dubuque area.
