Why we need you
We are seeking a Communications Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role throughout the customer journey at Sana. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and updating clear and engaging communications and content for our customers and community. In addition, this role includes participating in and following up on project kick-offs, onboarding clients, and supporting projects until they go live, ensuring that every customer receives support that is proactive, responsive, and effective. Working closely with Sana experts overseeing projects, you'll assist with problem-solving, stakeholder management, and have the opportunity to guide junior coordinators.
Key tasks
Community Communication: Plan and execute monthly and weekly communication strategies, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information to our community.
Help Center & Knowledge Hub: Take partial ownership of our help center, where you will be writing, reviewing, and allocating articles. You will also develop and update content within the knowledge hub to keep content current and relevant.
Course Development & Product Updates: Build and update community courses, coordinating with product teams to communicate updates clearly to the community and customers.
Events and Webinars: Support the organization and scheduling of events and webinars, ensuring they align with our communication goals.
Customer Communication & support: Ensure that new content and updates are shared with customers through appropriate channels, and if needed support our existing customers with product related questions.
Project Coordination: Proactively follow up on plans, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and mentor junior coordinators. Troubleshoot, report bugs, and collect product feedback.

Native-level fluency in English

4. How comfortable are you working in a tech-driven environment? Share examples of how you've adapted to new technologies or platforms in past roles. You'll get onboarding, but a degree of technical ability is crucial. Coding skills are not required.

Technical/computer proficiency; feel like this ties to the learning curve of understanding the platform, so would be nice to have someone a bit tech-savvy.
