CEIS Power is seeking an experienced Corporate Safety Program Manager with 5+ years of construction safety leadership experience. This position is on a direct hire basis, and our client, a commercial construction company, is looking for a motivated individual to join their fast-paced, growing team. The right person for this position will be able to perform well under pressure and be adaptable to rapid change and redirection.
Requirements:
5+ years of construction safety management experience. Strong knowledge of OSHA/Cal-OSHA and ability to develop and manage corporate safety programs. Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to support multiple districts. Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities:
Lead company-wide safety program development, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Analyze data and incidents, prepare executive reporting, support district safety teams, conduct audits, develop training, and ensure consistent safety standards across regions.
