What You’ll Do

As a Discover by Capital Sales Associate, you’ll lead guests through property tours, helping them discover the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations. You’ll present financial options and assist in converting guests into lifelong members of our vacation club.

The Ideal Candidate

• Maintain sales performance and finalization of sales
• Manage and train sales team
• Knowledge of, implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures
• Justifying and gaining consent to purchase from client
• Protect the company interest
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• No experience required—we train you!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• A professional image and the drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
• Previous sales experience in auto, insurance, finance, hospitality, or luxury goods is a plus, but not required.
