At a Springfield-based plumbing supply distributor, your shift starts with a plan. You pick up a handheld scanner or pick list, map your route through designated warehouse locations, and begin selecting items with precision. You’ll move pallets with a pallet jack or forklift (training provided if needed), pack and label orders, and stage them for shipment so customers get what they need on time.
