Join our team as a GoodGuide, where you'll be an integral part of our Mission Services team at Goodwill. As a full-time member reporting directly to the Director of Employment Services, you'll have the rewarding responsibility of providing life management services to our employees in Evansville.

Your Mission:
You'll be the catalyst for transforming lives. Your role will involve engaging with our employees and their families to provide essential support services. Through personalized coaching, mediation, and advocacy, you'll help individuals identify and achieve their short and long-term goals.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a network of community resources to support our employees' needs.
- Assess individual requirements and connect them with appropriate resources.
- Foster a supportive relationship that encourages big-picture thinking and personal growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance on financial education, career development, and more.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure progress towards personal development goals.
- Coordinate meetings and training sessions as necessary.

Your Qualifications:
- A genuine desire to help others succeed is essential.
- Ability to take initiative and see tasks through to completion.
- Experience in coaching or mentoring, preferably in a case management capacity.
- Knowledge of community resources and diverse populations.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when necessary.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
