Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Management and MDM leadership, including governance and data quality programs.
Proven success leading MDM initiatives across multiple ERPs and platforms (SAP, D365, Oracle, Salesforce).
Background in long-term internal roles owning MDM frameworks-not short-term consulting gigs.
Familiarity with Healthcare, MedTech, or Life Sciences data requirements and compliance standards
