Job Summary: Responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and Multi-Point Inspections on customer vehicles in a timely manner. Duties include oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and other minor repairs. Technicians must be knowledgeable in automotive systems, possess strong communication skills, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a quick lube or dealership setting is preferred. Boardman Subaru is a premier, locally-owned car dealership that has served the Youngstown, Ohio community since 2004. Responsibilities * Perform Multi-Point Inspection on every vehicle and report on additional service recommendations * Perform oil and filter services * Tire rotations * Replace both engine air and cabin air filters, bulbs, batteries, windshield wipers, and other small items Qualifications * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Tools not required * Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination * Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies * Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve * Enjoy working in a dynamic environment * Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively * Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
