We’re actively hiring an Entry-Level Event & Promotions Assistant to join our fast-growing, purpose-driven marketing team! No prior experience required — if you bring positivity, drive, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the hands-on training and mentorship to set you up for success.
Our team partners with leading nonprofit organizations to deliver live community events, public engagement campaigns, and grassroots fundraising initiatives that truly make a difference.
Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of community outreach events and nonprofit marketing campaigns
Coordinate on-site logistics to ensure smooth and seamless event operations
Organize and manage event materials, branded displays, and promotional items
Collect attendee data and provide feedback to improve event performance and engagement
Support live promotions, public relations efforts, and community engagement activities
Help onboard and mentor new team members as the department expands
Ensure all guests, donors, and attendees experience a welcoming, professional environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for public service or community outreach
Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-driven environments
Quick learner with a hands-on, proactive approach
Confident speaking with diverse audiences in public and event settings
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
