TalentBridge Solutions is seeking motivated and dependable Event Staff to support the planning and execution of high-quality events in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, take pride in delivering excellent service, and are eager to contribute to memorable event experiences. As part of our event team, you will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly from setup to completion.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
Support event coordinators and team leads during live events
Ensure venues are organized, safe, and presentable
Interact professionally with guests, vendors, and team members
Follow event schedules, guidelines, and operational procedures
Address basic event needs and escalate issues when necessary
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to adapt to changing event needs and schedules
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Competitive salary ranging from $44,000 to $48,000 annually
