The Role

Location: Work From Home (Remote)

Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Field Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help strengthen Total Shape’s brand presence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of executing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and digital marketing teams to align strategies.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on results.
• Assist in organizing virtual and community engagement events.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital and field marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
