NETZSCH Pumps USA is looking for a motivated individual to work as an Industrial Painter in their Exton, PA facility. This position will apply paint and finishes to NETZSCH products in accordance with customer specifications.

NETZSCH has been developing, producing and distributing positive displacement pumps worldwide for more than 70 years. The Industrial Painter will complete the following duties among others:

• Select and mix coating paints to desired color and prepare spraying equipment such as cleaning or adjusting spray guns.
• Prepare products for painting by cleaning as required and masking products.
• Apply paint and other coatings to pumps, parts and skids
• Use a brush to coat areas as necessary
• Inspect and assure the quality of paints and products used to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain necessary inventory and supplies and maintain paint supply room while following all safety policies.
• Supports customer requirements and delivery date.
• Keep area clean and organized.
• Maintain proper respirator care and operation as necessary.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience in a similar field. Applicants should enjoy working in a manufacturing setting and working mostly independently to complete painting projects. In addition, candidates should have:

• Industrial painting experience is preferred.
• Knowledge on the use of various machines and hand tools.
• The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• The ability to efficiently manage time and work independently with minimal supervision.
• The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems.
