IT Support Technician – Entry Level
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18-20 per hour, DOE
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.45 per mile
Position Overview
Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician for a client in the Tulsa area. This role involves visiting client sites to assist with system upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11, troubleshooting, and providing hands-on technical support. The position requires a clean driving record, and a professional client-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
• Travel to client sites in the Tulsa region to perform system upgrades and support tasks.
• Upgrade Windows operating systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
• Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and support for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and client interactions.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies while on-site.
Requirements
• 1–2 years of IT experience or related technical experience.
• Business Casual Attire
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive to multiple client locations.
• Must pass a 10-panel drug test.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while managing time and tasks effectively.
