We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to support and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems. This role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, managing system configurations, and implementing new technologies to support business operations. A key focus of this role will be leveraging automation to streamline IT processes, reduce manual work, and improve overall system efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance IT operations and scalability.
Support onboarding and offboarding process by setting up and deactivating user accounts and devices as we move towards automating.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across various systems.
Deploy and maintain enterprise applications.
Develop and document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
Assist with IT security initiatives, including patch management, endpoint protection, and access controls.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Pleasanton, CA office. The successful candidate will be required to report to the office 5 days a week.
