Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join and lead a hard-working team of associates at our San Bernardino CA location. As a Logistics Supervisor you will ensure safety quality and productivity metrics are met while leading various process improvement projects and participating in cross-functional teams on warehouse and network design initiatives.

What You Will Do:

• Lead a team of 30 associates holding them accountable to savings and productivity standards

• Oversee logistics activities including inventory control warehousing transportation logistics planning order processing and customer service

• Partner with cross-functional teams in Quality Planning Procurement and Manufacturing to proactively identify and resolve quality and service issues relating to logistics operations

• Assist in developing the site logistics budget with a focus on continuously improving year over year performance against metrics

• Coordinate operational redesign projects to improve performance and meet customer needs

• Monitor fixed assets and coordinate implementation of approved capital improvement projects in your functional areas

• Communicate standard logistics metrics to direct reports

• Resolve quality service & cost issues

• Support oversight of inventory levels

• Additional Job Duties as assigned

Position Details:

• This position is located at:
  San Bernardino CA

• Work Week and Shift:
  2nd shift Monday through Friday 1:30-10:00pm

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent/GED and 4 years of experience in a manufacturing logistics or related environment

• 2 years of previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment

• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Transportation Business or a related field of study

• Proficiency with SAP MS Access and Excel

• Previous project management experience

• Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to exercise independent judgement think critically and work well in cross-functional teams

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $72700 - 109100 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
