How you’ll CREATE

• Analyze airplay, streaming and other data and metrics.
• Prepare daily reports for the department.
• Compile assets to create artist event recaps.
• Prepare and execute artist radio station visits (interviews, performances, etc.).
• Compile liners and other artist content requests.
• Cover on-site touring initiatives (meet & greets, etc.)
• Cover radio events.
• Manage/distribute concert and event tickets/guestlists.

Bring your VIBE

• Experience: 2+ years administrative assistant experience at a record label, talent agency, management company or similar business.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Detail oriented mindset.
• Proactive and solution focused.
• Must be flexible, able to multi-task, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Travel required.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
