Position Summary... As an E&S Program Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across various advertiser Enablement & Support programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve high-traffic processes that impact both customer experience and associate efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role is an operations-minded analyst that leans into the unknown, identifies data-driven opportunities, and collaboratively manages improvement workstreams.
What you'll do... In this role, you will: - Analyze workflows, identify opportunities, and solution from a business-wide perspective
- Develop subject matter expertise around Advertiser onboarding and support processes
- Champion advertiser and operational needs in new and existing strategic initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to drive process excellence and roadmap alignment
- Facilitate audits, shadowing, and trainings of global program participants
- Draft and maintain detailed process documentation and workflows
- Drive parity in onboarding and support across our product suite
- Serve as escalation POC for off-path questions and escalations
- Translate program strategy into key metrics and initiatives
- Monitor program health, risks, and functional capacity
About you - 3+ years in the AdTech or related technology ecosystem
- Strong collaborator with an attention to detail and can-do attitude
- Embrace working in a fast paced continually evolving environment
- Experience analyzing, documenting, and iterating on workflows
- Ability to form strong relationships with partner teams
- Comfortable navigating global organization structures
- Able to influence and align without explicit authority

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
