Your Role as a Licensed Journeyman / Master Plumber:
You’ll be a key player on our high-performing plumbing team. From routine repairs to complex installations, you'll work independently and efficiently to serve our residential and commercial clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a company that values excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Plumbing Service & Installation
• Perform plumbing tasks such as troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
• Provide top-quality workmanship on every job
🔹 Customer Service & Communication
• Interact professionally with customers and provide clear updates
• Offer product/service solutions and earn commission on upsells
🔹 Team Support & Development
• Work alongside technicians and apprentices as a leader
• Contribute to a positive, productive team environment
🔹 Other Duties as Assigned
What You Need to Succeed:
✔ Key Competencies :
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Willingness to train and develop alongside a growing team
✔ Qualifications :
• Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Minimum of 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Skilled in using standard plumbing tools and equipment
