Yale New Haven Health is expanding its neurosurgery services to include 24/7 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage. We are seeking motivated and skilled Physician Assistants to join our growing neurosurgery team.
POSITION DETAILS
The Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) is seeking an Acute Care APRN/PA to join our high-acuity, collaborative team of 15 APPs. This role offers the opportunity to practice independently while working closely with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: 9 shifts every 3 weeks (12–13 hours), rotating weekends and holidays.
No call responsibilities.
Patient load: 4 patients per provider.
Orientation: 6 months for those without prior ICU experience.
Prior ICU experience strongly preferred.
