Duality Ventures is seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a driver, you’ll play an essential role in connecting our community by ensuring packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and with care. We provide company vehicles, paid training, and a supportive work environment where teamwork and respect come first. Whether you’re looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, this is an opportunity to grow with a company that values its people.
As a Delivery Driver, you will:
Operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver packages across local routes.
Handle 100–300 packages per day with accuracy, care, and timeliness.
Use company technology to navigate routes and record deliveries.
Load, unload, and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Work independently while maintaining safety standards in all weather conditions.
Provide excellent service and represent Duality Ventures with professionalism
Schedule & Hours:
Full-time and part-time roles available
Shifts are typically 8–10 hours, starting around 11:15 AM
We operate 7 days a week with flexible scheduling options
Everyone must work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
We’re looking for team players who are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to make a difference in the communities we serve. No prior delivery experience is required — we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
Must-Have:
21 years of age or older
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
Able to meet standard background and driving record requirements (details provided during hiring process)
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
Comfortable getting in and out of a vehicle and climbing stairs multiple times a day
Able to work in a variety of weather conditions
Dependable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated
Nice-to-Have (Not Required):
Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, or customer service
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
Desire to grow into leadership or advanced driving roles
