Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking Packaging Technicians to join a pharmaceutical packaging team. This role involves assembling, labeling, and inspecting clinical supplies in a clean room environment. Technicians play a critical role in ensuring the safe and accurate packaging of products used in clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and SOPs to ensure safety and compliance.
• Operate manual and automated packaging equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks.
• Clean rooms and equipment according to established procedures.
• Use computer systems for job tracking and data entry.
• Count and verify packaging components.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, etc.).
• Ability to read diagrams and batch paperwork.
• Capable of working independently or in a team environment.
• Reliable and adaptable to changing tasks.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (2–8°C and -20°C).
• Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching.
• Must be able to read and comprehend English documentation.
  
  

Work Environment

• Clean room setting with strict gowning protocols.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including N-95 masks, PAPR units, and safety glasses.
• Additional compensation provided for freezer and PAPR-related work
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.70 - $19.55/hr.
