If you are an experienced tub refinisher, you will be compensated at a higher rate. If you don't have any experience with refinishing but you have experience working with your hands in similar trades industries, you will receive on the job training to build this skill for future opportunities and growth.

You'll preferably have knowledge and experience with HVLP and airless spray guns for painting. Any experience painting cars will translate well. Must have reliable transportation. You will be motivated to grow and enjoy learning a lifelong trade.

You'll receive $18 per hour for training period - piecework payouts once you are able to produce work without trainer. Payouts higher than any other providers in our industry. Gas allowance is available. When you come with experience and skills, you will be compensated at a higher rate.

Surface Tech is current seeking a motivated self-starter for the position of Refinisher. Our company specializes in multi-family housing refinishing and renovation as well as refinishing in residential settings. Applicant will need to be legal to work in the US, possess a current valid driver's license, and have transportation throughout the day. We pay by the job and pay mileage. We supply all equipment and training. There is no downside, you just need to be motivated to work, and want to succeed.
