Project Analyst--Contingent Worker

General Description: As a member of the Project Services team, provide administrative support, financial analysis and reporting for Engineering & Construction for the Refined Products and Crude business unit.

• Work with E&C Project Managers on coordinating and tracking new Project AFE approvals and associated documentation and routes in Docusign
• Administer and track Fleet KPIs, reporting, scorecards and hierarchies within Fleet Telematics system
• Assist with PO, invoice support, cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting for E&C projects as needed
• Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis as requested
• Create and maintain process documentation for tasks and duties as needed
• Continuously explore opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
• Work collaboratively with Project Services team, E&C, Accounting and IT as needed

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related required
• Project Management or finance experience a plus
• Previous experience in pipeline, energy or related company a plus

• Ability to work under time pressure, deadlines and with interruptions
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
