Your mission is to increase the performance of our sales team, focusing on increasing the number of deals closed from each salesperson's database and sphere of influence. You will provide the coaching, support, and accountability our team needs to reach new heights. Responsibilities:

• Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Organize and administer training for the sales team
• Seek new and unique sales opportunities
• Oversee market research to remain competitive

Qualifications:

• Have prior experience in sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
• Strong ability to lead a team
• Experience with relevant software applications
