Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for reviewing and auditing source data to provide accurate and timely entry to accounting systems and sub-systems. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Audit all gaming and non-gaming areas according to established procedures and gaming regulations as well as facilitates timely and accurate recordings.
• Communicate with company personnel to ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Review system documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with all departments of any discrepancies via exceptions.
• Maintain support documentation for further review.
• Notify immediate supervisor of any potential discrepancies and assists with research and resolution of problems.

QUALIFICATIONS :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Use a computer keyboard, 10-key and calculator.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Accurately review and audit relevant information.
• Solve mathematically oriented problems.
• Demonstrated proficiency with adding machine and computer input terminal.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Accounting and clerical background helpful.
