Job Title: Robotics Engineer (W2 Contract) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Robotics Sustaining and Operations Engineer to lead the deployment operations and post-deployment field service process for our robotics systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware engineering, quality control, failure analysis, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities + Lead robotics deployment operations and post-deployment field service process. + Conduct quality control failure analysis and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues. + Design and implement solutions to improve product quality and reliability. + Utilize data analytics skills and reporting tools to analyze and visualize findings, including statistical analysis, failure Pareto, issue prioritization, and fix schedule estimation. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. + Develop and maintain technical documentation to support product sustaining and operations. Essential Skills + 5 years of industry experience in product quality control, product sustaining, field operations, product failure analysis, and continuous improvements. + Strong hardware engineering background , including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, sensors, motors, and other relevant technologies. + Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution development. + Excellent data analytics skills, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and reporting. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. + Strong communication and documentation skills. Work Environment The work environment involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and requires strong communication and documentation skills. The role demands the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adhering to company policies and exercising sound judgment. The position requires effectively managing stress and working safely and respectfully with others. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $110.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
