We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process and delivering exceptional operational support to our customers. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to manage order processing, licensing, and service delivery for software solutions.
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available including Customer Operations Specialist II, and Senior Customer Operations Specialist.
