Position Overview
We’re seeking a detail-driven, results-oriented Shipping & Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics for a fast-growing small kitchen appliance brand. This role requires a sharp thinker who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and is passionate about optimizing shipping strategies, drop-shipping execution, and inventory control—especially with international import operations.
The Ideal Candidate
Highly organized and proactive
Experienced in eCommerce logistics and drop-shipping
Skilled in negotiating freight and warehouse rates
Excellent with inventory software and reporting tools
Communicates clearly and efficiently with internal and external partners
Capable of developing and improving warehouse processes
Analytical, cost-conscious, and solutions-focused
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all shipping and logistics functions across multiple warehouses
Manage daily coordination of drop shipping and inbound containers (primarily from China)
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouse locations
Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PLs to ensure timely delivery
Analyze and renegotiate rates regularly for best value
Implement or optimize logistics software for tracking and reporting
Work closely with the eCommerce team to align inventory flow with online sales demand
Ensure all logistics operations are compliant with U.S. import regulations
Qualifications
3+ years experience in logistics, shipping, or operations— must include eCommerce
Demonstrated success managing drop-shipping and China import workflows
Strong familiarity with Amazon FBA and 3PLs a plus
High proficiency in Excel and logistics/inventory platforms
Strong negotiation skills with freight and fulfillment vendors
Excellent communication and organization skills
