Job Title:- Pegasystems Developer

Job Description:

Pegasystems Developer (Pega PRPC and Pega Customer Decision Hub/CDH).
Great opportunity to work with a fast-paced development team to expand its current marketing and personalization services utilizing Pegasystems’ Customer Decision Hub (CDH) product.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions for marketing uses cases in the financial services industry.
Work with Pega data flows and API integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solutions.
Provide application support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

5 plus years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Required Skills:

Proficiency developing in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) /Dev Studio and Pega frameworks
Strong understanding of Java, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
Experience with Pega integration services (SOAP, REST, JMS, etc.) .
Experience working in Agile methodology
Experience with Pega dataflow processing
Ability to quickly learn/understand business use cases
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Specific experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) in a Marketing context.
Experience with cloud technology and Pega CDH Hosting on AWS
Technical Experience with conversation/offer creation using Pega 1:1 Ops Manager Product
Understanding of Pega rulesets and usage of Pega Deployment Pipeline manager
Pega Technical Certification : Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
Experience with Postman for API testing

Experience:

7 years + Technical Development Experience
3 to 5 plus years of hands on Pega development experience.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
