Responsabilidades Clave:
Liderar, capacitar y motivar al equipo de Stewards (limpieza de cocina y áreas de servicio).
Supervisar las operaciones diarias para asegurar la limpieza, desinfección y organización de la cocina y el equipo.
Participar activamente en las tareas del equipo (ser un líder que se une al trabajo ).
Controlar el inventario y el uso eficiente de los suministros de limpieza.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
Experiencia previa comprobada como Supervisor o en un rol de liderazgo similar.
Experiencia en operaciones de stewarding/limpieza de cocina .
Capacidad de liderar y motivar a un equipo con energía y dinamismo.
Disponibilidad con horario flexible (incluyendo fines de semana y noches, según la operación).
Ser una persona proactiva y con gran atención al detalle.
Pago inicial: $16 por hora.
