Position Overview:The Head Omakase Chef will oversee all aspects of our sushi program, with a focus on crafting memorable omakase experiences using premium ingredients, including dry-aged fish. This role requires deep technical skill, strong leadership, and a passion for Japanese culinary traditions blended with creative innovation.
