Your Responsibilities:

In the role of Technical Maintenance Technician, your core duty is to efficiently minimize disruptions in our production. Respond proactively to maintenance alerts while continuously improving preventative strategies. Gain proficiency in handling systems like Allen Bradley PLCs and Fanuc robotics.

Skill Set You Bring or Develop:

• Proficiency in electrical systems from 24V to 480V, single, and three-phase
• Capable in specialized welding methods, including MIG, TIG, and Stick
• Experience in industrial maintenance or a suitable military background
• Adept at reading complex blueprints: electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Holding an associate degree in mechanical or electrical maintenance is beneficial
• Experience spanning 3-5 years in maintenance, repair or comparable military experience
• Skilled in PLC troubleshooting and Ladder Logic application
• Graduation from an apprenticeship or journeyman program enhances your profile

Prerequisites for the Role

• Completion of high school or possession of relevant experience
• A minimum of one year’s practical experience in plant maintenance or repair is highly valued
