Position Summary:
The Title IX Coordinator serves as the subject-matter expert and institutional lead for ensuring compliance with Title IX, Article 129-B of NYS Education Law, VAWA, Campus SaVE, and related laws. This role involves conducting thorough investigations of sexual misconduct and discrimination cases, coordinating supportive measures, and ensuring fair and timely adjudication processes. The Coordinator develops and delivers campus-wide training programs, manages a comprehensive case system, and collaborates with key departments to maintain effective and inclusive Title IX procedures. Additionally, the role includes strategic planning, climate survey analysis, and continuous evaluation of programs to promote a safe, equitable, and culturally sensitive campus environment.
