Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts daily inspections of facilities; walks around plants to ensure systems are working properly; listens for audio alarms; collects water and wastewater samples; walks over rough, uneven terrain; climbs stairs; bends and kneels to collect water samples; lifts and carries hand-held lab and testing equipment and supplies.
• Lifts and pulls to open ground level vault doors and manholes to access and operate equipment; climbs down ladders and hills; works in confined spaces.
• Continuously observes and follows established safety practices and procedures; wears appropriate safety gear.

Education/Experience:

• High School.
