**WFH Marketing Specialist**

**(Philippines-Based, US Hours)**

**Location:** Remote – Philippines

**Schedule:** Full-time, 40 hours/week with overlap to U.S. Eastern Time

**Reports To:** Director of Marketing

**Compensation:** $6 - $8/hr (depending on experience)

**Position Overview**

We’re looking for a proactive and well-rounded **Marketing Specialist** based in the Philippines to support our growing digital marketing team. You’ll work across multiple marketing functions including analytics, campaign support, newsletter creation, ad copywriting, affiliate marketing, and more. You’ll also serve as a reliable backup for key marketing roles during absences.

**Responsibilities**

**Analytics & Reporting**

1. Run and compile reports from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio
2. Provide performance insights to support decision-making

**Content & Campaign Support**

1. Assist with creating ad copy and creative briefs for Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic channels
2. Create newsletters via HubSpot when the newsletter specialist is unavailable
3. Manage promotional updates when the promotions specialist is unavailable

**Marketing Channel Support**

1. Provide backup and light execution for:
2. Paid Search & Paid Social
3. Organic Social
4. Email Marketing
5. Affiliate Marketing

**Marketing Operations**

1. Draft and assemble co-op marketing proposals with cruise line partners
2. Respond to press and PR requests with templated or custom responses
3. Build and maintain media lists in coordination with the Director of Marketing

**Qualifications**

1. 3–5 years of digital marketing experience
2. Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
3. Familiarity with programmatic ad platforms a plus
4. Excellent written and verbal English
5. Comfortable with Zoom and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace)
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
7. Experience supporting multiple marketing functions or in a generalist role preferred

**Technical Requirements:**

* A **quiet, dedicated home office** setup (away from domestic and street noise).
* Your OWN Equipment Desktop/laptop with:
* Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5
* 4GB+ RAM (8GB preferred)
* Windows OS / Mac OS
* Sound Card, Speakers (optional)
* Min 15” Monitor, preferably 2
* A quality virus and spyware protection and activated firewall
* **Professional headset** for the highest quality calls (e.g., Jabra Evolve 40 Stereo – Bluetooth / Earphones are not allowed). NOISE Cancelling.
* **Stable wired broadband** (no satellite or wireless). Broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) Note: Satellite, Dial-Up or wireless is not allowed. You will be required to test the connection
* Chrome browser, sound card, speakers, 15" monitor (2 preferred).

**Backup power** solution (generator or equivalent) in case of outages.
