Job Description

**Description** Bottling wine 60-65 bottles per minute 12 bottles per case. Glass dumping - dumping case of empty bottles on the conveyor, 5-6 per minute Glass inspecting - sit or stand and inspect bottles as they go by. Remove defective bottles Packing - 2 people packing filled wine bottles into the boxes (Lucy in the chocolate factory) Case label application - applying labels to the boxes Palletizing - Lifting full cases of wine off the conveyor and stacking them on a pallet. 35 lb. per case. One person can do it, but we prefer 2 to reduce the physical demand. Forklift driving- Nice to have not a must During downtime and the end of the day there is cleanup.
